• 曾在西门子管理学院担任全职培训经理,为西门子(中国)及其在华50余家合资企业的雇员讲授管理、销售和员工素质提升类课程;并为各个业务部门提供人力资源发展和培训体系的咨询服务。

• 拥有IBM中国有限公司丰富的销售与市场工作经验。
