In relation to the contradictions and problems which widely exist in Chinese enterprises' procurement and supplier management practices and with reference to well-known enterprises’supplier management models, this course will introduce the relevant ideas of procurement and supplier management and the principles of corporate logistics management and supply chain management. It is able to help enterprises to carry out process-based and standardized supplier
management, establish their supplier selection and evaluation structures and systems, and select and manage the most suitable suppliers.

本课程结合目前中国企业采购与供应商管理普遍存在的矛盾与问题,借鉴著名企业的供应商管理模式,导入采购与供应商管理的相关思路,同时切入企业物流管理和供应链管理原理与原则,使得企业在供应商管理上符合流程化,标准化。建立供应商选择、评价的结构和体系,选择与管理最合适的供应商。

Mr. Xiaoyong DONG

Mr. Dong obtained a master diploma on chemical engineering from South China University of Technology. He has accumulated lots of experience on operation planning and supplier management in various positions in the manufacturing production system. He’s also an IRCA registered ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 auditor, and a senior energy auditor for more than 10 years. Xiaoyong's strengths include his experience and skills in teaching knowledge. In his course, following a logical and thorough path to ensure the students to be able to develop a methodology for learning, he believes this will continue to help them improve their knowledge
