COURSE OBJECTIVE

This workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of  Prime Marketing skills and its main components.

The course outlines Marketing milestones  and present tools for their development, execution and assessment.

It defines major challenges one may encounter in defining its position and  "action planing” , implementation processes and ways to adapting to ever-changing market realities.

 

COURSE OUTLINE

  • Defining marketing and its main components
  • Familiarisation with the vocabulary and market dynamics
  • Observation of value creation through customer, company and collaborators
  • Discovery of gaining market share and defending one’s market position
  • Recognition of the stages from “formulation to development to implementation"

 

TEACHING STYLE

The workshop result with a simulation of “ One page Marketing Plan”triggering the analytical  skills to understand, analyse and draft a strong and comprehensive marketing plan.
