Jacques XU is a professional trainer and coach, focusing on marketing & sales and leadership. With almost 20 years of career life, he worked with several renowned companies on marketing management and training. He ever acted as learning and development director at ENN university, marketing and sales functional excellence manager at Cummins (east Asia), marketing and sales optimization manager at Lafarge (China), marketing manager at Beijing BU, Lafarge (China). He also implemented some key initiatives and projects when he worked with Cummins and Lafarge. He accumulated rich experience on marketing and sales management and leadership. In recent 10 years, he kept on learning and practice, and achieved certification on training, consultancy and coach from authorities. He integrates all the experience and learning to provide one-shop and customized service for internal or external customers in different industries to solve their problems and improve their performance.
He is currently studying at the advanced psychology program at Psychology Department of China Academy of Science. He holds dual-degree MBA between Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and ESSEC in France. He holds bachelor degree of engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
He is International Certified Trainer by AACTP; certified professional coach and result oriented trainer certified by Erickson Coach Institute; certified trainer on leader as coach by Q-drive institute; certified management consultant by International Management Consultant Association.
