1.The way of consultative selling:  the process, methodology and tools, and keys;

顾问式销售之道:顾问式销售的流程、方法与要点

2.Build the trust: how to build trust in depth with customers of different styles?

建立信任:如何与不同风格的客户建立深层次的信任?

3.Probe the needs: what is the needs? How to identify and confirm the needs together with customers?

发掘需求:何为需求;如何深入洞察和与共识客户需求?

4.Present the value: how to powerfully present the value of customized solution with product and service to the customer? 

呈现价值:如何有力地呈现根据需求定制产品和服务解决方案的价值?

5.Make the deals:  how to handle objection and drive for the deals?

促进成交:如何处理客户异议,并促进成交?

6.Integrate and practice: integrate all the process, methodologies and tools, and skills, and leverage them flexibly.

整合与应用:整合整个流程、方法、工具和技巧,灵活运用。

TRAINER

Jacques XU
徐崛

Jacques XU is a professional trainer and coach, focusing on marketing & sales and leadership. With almost 20 years of career life, he worked with several renowned companies on marketing management and training. He ever acted as learning and development director at ENN university, marketing and sales functional excellence manager at Cummins (east Asia), marketing and sales optimization manager at Lafarge (China), marketing manager at Beijing BU, Lafarge (China). He also implemented some key initiatives and projects when he worked with Cummins and Lafarge. He accumulated rich experience on marketing and sales management and leadership. In recent 10 years, he kept on learning and practice, and achieved certification on training, consultancy and coach from authorities. He integrates all the experience and learning to provide one-shop and customized service for internal or external customers in different industries to solve their problems and improve their performance.

He is currently studying at the advanced psychology program at Psychology Department of China Academy of Science. He holds dual-degree MBA between Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and ESSEC in France. He holds bachelor degree of engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.

He is International Certified Trainer by AACTP; certified professional coach and result oriented trainer certified by Erickson Coach Institute; certified trainer on leader as coach by Q-drive institute; certified management consultant by International Management Consultant Association.

徐崛老师现为职业培训师和教练,专注于营销和领导力方向。在近20年的职业生涯中,他长期在知名企业从事营销管理和培训工作,历任新奥大学学习发展总监,康明斯(东亚)市场与销售职能优异负责人,拉法基(中国)市场与销售优化经理,拉法基(中国)北京分公司营销总监等职。还曾在任职过的公司如康明斯和拉法基成功地推进过诸多重大项目。在此过程中,他积累了丰富的营销和管理的实践经验。最近十年,他还通过不断地学习和实践,先后获得了培训、管理咨询和教练的权威认证,并在实际工作中进行整合,为内部或外部不同行业的客户提供一站式的定制化服务,从而帮助客户解决问题,提升业绩。

他正在中科院心理研究所高级研修班学习心理学在职博士课程,拥有北京大学光华管理学院和法国ESSEC商学院双学位工商管理硕士学位,拥有北京交通大学工学学士学位。

他是AACTP国际注册培训师;埃里克森国际教练学院认证专业教练,教练式培训师; Q型驱动学院教练型领导力认证讲师;国际管理咨询师协会注册管理咨询师。
