The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China is pleased to invite you to attend the Introduction to private taxation & new Franco-Chinese tax convention conference, held on Tuesday, March 31th 2015 in its offices at Zhujiang New Town, Canton.
Benoît STOS, Managing Partner for the audit firm Mazars in Canton, and Vivian DESMONTS in charge of the lawyer firm DS Avocats, will make a general introduction to private taxation practicable in China and all advantages of this new convention ratified by France and Chine, practicable since January 1st 2015.
‣ Who is concerned by personal income tax in China? what are the risks?
What about social security contributions for foreigners? which costs optimization are doable?
‣ The new Franco-Chinese tax convention impact from January 1st 2015: case study on main advantages:
-reduction of withholding tax on dividends payment;
-worksite or projects taxation in Chine overtaking 1836 days (steady establishment).

Benoît STOS, Managing Partner, opened the Mazars office in Canton in 2006.
