[HR Working Group]: Resignation, how much does it cost you?

Event Objectives         

When it comes to human resource management in enterprises, we always face the problem of how to properly handle resignation of employees, and termination of labor contracts. If not properly handled, it will easily lead to complaints even bad effects on the reputation of the company as well as personnel management. Therefore, correctly understanding the risk of employee’s turnover risk and controlling the risk in a reasonable way is one of the prerequisites for effective management of the enterprise.

Would you like to discuss with Alice from a legal point of view, providing a solution in dealing with employee’s resignation as well as lifting/terminating labor contracts, in order to lower the risk of complaints?

  • Sun Tao is currently senior partner of Guangdong Huaruixing Law Firm, consultant of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFC), arbitrator of the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, director of the International Business Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, and leading talent for foreign-related talents in Guangdong Province.
  • Alice has extensive experience as a foreign-related legal attorney. She has worked for ADAMAS Law Firm (Paris), Guangdong Guoding Law Firm (Guangzhou), LPA-CGR Law Firm's Representative Office in China (Guangzhou/Shanghai), and Huaruixing Law Firm (Guangzhou). Rich experience in foreign-funded enterprise services.
  • Alice is currently perennial legal consultant for a number of foreign-invested companies, in the employment management of enterprises (such as the compliance of internal rules and regulations), the labor relations between enterprises and workers (including hiring, dismissal, social security issues, etc.), labor She has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation disputes.
