[HR Working Group] Help the new staffs to get integrated into the company

The French chamber of commerce and Industry in Guangzhou invites you to participate in the HR working group whose topic is " Help the new staff to get integrated into the company.

Corporate culture is the value and theory that comes into being along with the practice of production and management, and abided by all the staff. It is reflected by the management system, behavior of the staff as well as the external image of the enterprise.

Positive corporation culture could play a role of instructor to help improve the management system as well as form an intense cohesion, which would, therefore, provide the staff with a great encouragement, and even have an influence on the company’s public image. However, with both internal and external effect, corporate culture shows a characteristic of diversion and uniqueness, which is relevant to the company’s direction, value, leaders and cultural activities. When arrive the new comers, what should we do to help with his understanding of and integration into the corporate culture? When there is conflict between corporate culture and individual value, how could we, as the HRs, interpret and offer help?

Based on this kind of situation, the CCIFC South China invites you to the HR Working group going to be held on 29 January. Before the arrival of the coming recruitment season, we would like to take the opportunity to analyze different kinds of corporate culture with you and discover the ways to help with the integration of new staffs.
