The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China is pleased to invite you to join the two following economic conferences, further to the 3rd Sino French Business Forum, held on Wednesday, June 24th 2015 from 3.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich.

1st conference: ICBC-AXA Life
"Preferential tax policy and employees' benefits"

Employee benefits plan, a powerful tool for the enterprise to reduce business risks, enhance the industry competitiveness and establish good employee-employer relations, has always been favored by the market.

To support and encourage the promotion of commercial health insurance, the government has released individual preferential tax policy in 2015. Based on the latest policy, the conference will give comprehensive analysis of employee benefits design and investment strategies from the perspective of retaining talents for enterprise and needs of employees as well.

This will help enterprise to strike a balance between risks and benefits, control the total cost and make the maximum of the investment of each fund, boosting the balanced development of the enterprise.

With thorough study and rich experience in the enterprise employee benefits and welfare policies, Ms. Zhang has led team to work for numerous international companies, such as P&G, Colgate, Shell and Air France, winning high recognition from clients.

Ms. GUAN is especially in charge of employee benefits planning and service, overseas insurance services and high-end medical insurance services.

2nd conference: Ronggui Chamber
"The opportunity and challenge of the global e-commerce trading"

he internet is creating the global e-commerce connection, and advances in supply chain, means that product can be shipped around the world, quickly and efficiently. Many good quality products had been transported to the hands of Chinese customers. And also, as consumer markets around the world grow, and look for good product at good prices, shipped from China to their front door.

How to be the link between two sides?
What are the policies and regulation supports?
Where is the opportunity and threat?
Above questions will be discussed with real experience and typical cases.

The objective of these conferences is for participant to share respective experience, collect information and determine best practices in the economic and legal sector.
