CSR programs shall be part of the general strategy of the company. Come and discover how EF and JLL increases productivity with its office wellness CSR policy. They will come together with their partner, Gams an indoor environment monitoring startup. Gams will introduce their Pureformance challenge. This non-profit initiative aims at sharing the best practices and vision of several multinational companies for greener, safer and more productive workplace.
Ms. Anna Karin Toren
Anna Karin Toren is the regional Director of Wellness for EF Education First, the world’s largest private education company with over 500 offices across the globe. EF has been ranked the “Happiest company to work for” by China Business Journal and “The Coolest Office Top 10” on Liepin.com, reflecting the company’s dedication to a modern yet green office environment. At EF’s Asia headquarters on Tongren Lu, Anna Karin developed an employee wellness program that includes group fitness classes, healthy eating initiatives, informative educational talks and community events, with an aim to increase awareness and inspire action. In addition to holding a Master of Science in Business Administration, Anna Karin is also a registered yoga teacher, experienced sailor and mother of three active daughters.
Mr. Xuchao Wu
Head of Energy and Sustainability Services
Xuchao is the head of JLL’s Energy and Sustainability Services team across Greater China. He leads a team of specialists to develop and implement practical solutions that improve energy efficiency and other sustainability performance metrics for JLL’s clients.
As an expert in a broad range of sustainability issues, he has consulted extensively on green and sustainable projects across the Asia Pacific region. One of his latest focus areas is adapting imported expertise and technologies to suit China applications, particularly in developing business cases for technically viable energy and clean air solutions.
Mr. Stefan Berder (白峰)
CEO & co-founder
First and foremost a builder, Stefan love to solve problems and share his knowledge. His versatile profile was established through expertise in development, networks and operations, naturally bringing me to team leading and management.
He made his programming debuts at a young age with BASIC on an Amstrad CPC6128. Later on, upon discovering GNU/Linux, he found his true way in the open source community. Since then he has been advocating, contributing and writing open source software. His last venture brought him in the world of cleantech and sustainability, bringing an impact on society through a concrete use of technology is an amazing motivation.
Ms. Pauline Soudy
Pauline Soudy came to China 3 years ago to assess the local social entrepreneurship ecosystem for a French consulting firm. She stayed in China and co-founded an online platform to empower social and environmental initiatives by promoting their projects, events, and job offers, Feiy. They also conduct educational programs and workshops to encourage people to start sustainable businesses.
Ms. Clotilde Pallier
Clotilde Pallier worked as a quality manager for Carrefour for 7 years in Indonesia and later on in China. Aside from quality she handled several sustainable development programs. Particularly interested in impactful projects she decided to join a Social enterprise, Shanghai Yiquan, in 2015. She is now a consultant and project manager at Responsabilitas, a CSR consulting and audit company.
