The CCIFC is delighted to invite you to an IT conference - "How to protect your company against cyber attacks” offered by Thales e-Security new division based in Hong Kong, on Tuesday February 3, 2015.
Mr Welland CHU, Regional Sales Director of the Consulting Practice at Thales e-Security, will share his experience and insights of cyber attacks. The following points will be developed:
• Latest trend of cyber attacks
• How does cyber attack happen
• How to avoid becoming the next victim
The conference will be followed by a Q&A interactive session as well as a cocktail.

About the speaker
Welland CHU is the Regional Sales Director of the Consulting Practice at Thales e-Security, a leading global specialist in information security. The consulting practice is honored to serve a prestigious list of clients that comprises of airlines, financial services, health sector, manufacturing, telecoms, utilities companies, and government agencies. The team’s recent success include conducting security reviews on NFC mobile payments, DDoS stress tests at finance and utilities companies, and establishing an Information security framework for an e-Health Record program.
With 21 years of experience in information security, Welland is a regular speaker at IT security conferences in Asia. He received his Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from King’s College of the University of London. Welland is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and he provides information security consulting service to governments and large enterprises across Asia.
