The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China is pleased to introduce to our next session of conference and discuss about AFP.
From China to Syria, AFP, the world's oldest news agency, takes on the challenge of information in the 21st century, while embracing the world of corporate services. Philippe Massonnet, Hong Kong-based AFP Asia Pacific Regional Director, will present Agence France-Presse, one of the largest global media organizations, with 200 bureaus all over the world. Its 1.500 journalists cover daily news in text, photo, video and graphics.
Massonnet, who has spent many years in China as a reporter and as a former AFP Beijing bureau chief, will also present AFP Services, a 100 percent owned subsidiary that offers "on demand" production services for businesses, media and institutions.
