The CCI France Chine is pleased to invite you to take part in the Common Reporting Standard Seminar on April 13th, 2017 at Crowne Plaza, where we will discuss about the automatic exchange standard of financial account information in tax while enjoying some snacks and drinks.

<Common Reporting Standard>(“CRS”), which requires banks and other financial institutions to automatically exchange information relating to bank and custody accounts belonging to foreign tax payers in order to ensure that they pay taxes in their country of residence on income and assets. The general content is that in order to improve transparency of tax and crack down on cross-border tax avoidance, signatories need to disclose the other countries citizens’ information of financial account in his nation. China promise to be the second batch of countries which will conduct the CRS. Chinese banks and financial institutions will conduct new procedure of opening new bank accounts on 1 January, 2017 and will begin to exchange information in 2018.
