The CCI FRANCE CHINE in Beijing is glad to invite you to our next session of the Club CSR.
It's our great pleasure to invite Ms. Chu Xiaowen from Air Liquide (China) to share her insights on the practices within Air Liquide group in order to contribute to a more sustainable world. As a responsible corporate citizen, Air Liquide advocates an environmentally-friendly mindset through their innovative products and solutions, as well as conducting sustainability initiatives and actions with two main objectives of improving air quality and pursuing dialogue with stakeholders.
In the second part, we are glad to have Ms. WANG Jiayu from Tao’s Library to help us have a better understanding of children through real stories.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. CHU Xiaowen, Government Affairs Manager

Xiaowen holds Bachelor and Master of Public Administration, as well as Master of Art from Lund University in Sweden.
After graduation, she successively worked for Bioprocess Control Sweden AB and Bayer (China) Limited. In 2015, she joined Air Liquide as Government Affairs Manager. She has over 10 years of working experience in public affairs and government affairs.
Wang Jiayu is responsible for Tao’s Library project of China Charities Aid Foundation for Children, and also Tao’s Library team leader of the Women’s Federation Beijing “Yijiaxing” project.
She held picture book reading activities and courses at the sixth kindergarten in Fengtai District, Beijing, Tsinghua University attached primary school fengtai Branch, Xiluoyuan Primary School and Bayi School etc. Registered volunteers in Beijing conduct reading activities weekly in the community and combine reading with life, technology, nature, and hands-on experience.
She also led volunteers of Tao’s Library to go into remote areas such as Sichuan Tibetan areas, and Guangxi Du'an etc. to train local teachers and students the method of reading picture book, and to promote children reading concept to parents. She now helps 52 volunteer service stations across the country to carry out public benefit activities through charitable fundraising. The station is located in Henan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Hubei, Guangdong and other places.

Over the past nearly three decades of his career at France Telecom / Orange Group, he has held a number of key sales and business development responsibilities. In particular, from 2001 to 2006 he was Chief Sales Officer of Wholesales France and from 1997 to 2001 he was strategic account director. Prior to that, he was the business development director in charge of the Greater China from 1994 to 1997. He began his career in the HR function as manager in charge of work organization HQ (1992-1994) and project manager in personnel department (1990-1992). Alex is a keen observer of technology and societal trends. He was from 2008 to 2011 associated professor of Computer Science Institute of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Alex WANG is also Board Director of Orange Capital Consulting. Alex WANG has received a Ph.D of philosophy and a PhD of engineering (cognitive ergonomics) both from the University of Paris.
